To be the local, national and international "bridge" linking the Spanish-speaking people with the the English-Speaking people of the United States, Canada, and even the world; by interpreting the Spanish language, educating the Spanish-speaking peoples about  local, state and national laws while living in the United States, along with helping them with, and solving any issues they may have that the law allows.
